Unit: Nikon D40 + Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G
Speedlite: Nissin Di622 with 14" mini shoot through umbrella

Deconstruction / Details of the shot:

Around sunset. I didn't use ND filters this time so I had to increase my aperture to 2.8, why? Because if I used an ND filter that time I may not be able to get a good ambient light on the background, as I only have ND4 and I don't think a shutter that is slower that 1/40 with ND4 on would give me a good lighting on the background(I don't want to increase my ISO to avoid any noise on the pic), well that's what I thought of that time lol as I was running of out ambient light XD.

Nissin Di622 was set approximately 1/8 of a power with a 14 inch(around that diameter lol) mini shoot through umbrella.
This is what my hand held strobe looks like:

It was pointed to the subject at 2 o' clock from her perspective, and 45 degrees.

To summarize; No filters, f/2.8, speedlite @ 1/8 with mini shoot through umbrella, iso 200, 1/100 shutter speed.
